How It Started
A growing desire to leave a legacy led both to ask "what comes next?" In their conversations, they found a shared dream: build something large and transformative in capital markets. In July 2021, they founded Bamboo and began a pilot fishing process that led to the company's first seed funding in January 2022.

Arthur O'Keefe
Founder and Chief AI Officer
Over 20 years in capital markets and technology platform building. Former CFO at iFood ($500M raise, Board member) and Chief Strategy Officer at Movile ($900M+ raised, 40+ M&As). Earlier at Mauá Capital and Credit Suisse, and a U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer. MBA from Harvard Business School, George F. Baker Scholar (top 5% of class).

Chief Executive Officer
Over 15 years in financial operations, M&A and corporate strategy. Former Senior Director of M&A and Integration at Unico and Director at Cogna, where he led the go-to-market and operations workstreams for Vasta's Nasdaq IPO. Business Administration from Mackenzie; MBA from FIA Américas MBA.
